With tender hands of compassion and genuine hearts of love, SJFC joins with the devoted loved ones of Mrs. Alethea Lyons Staton as they prepare to say “Until We Meet Again." Mrs. Staton gained her Angelic Wings March 16, 2024 as she transitioned peacefully from her residence in Rocky Mount, NC.
Commencing on Saturday, March 23, 2024 between the moments of 12 pm - 1 pm, Alethea will lie in peaceful repose at the altar of the Greater Saint Mark Baptist Church, Whitakers, NC for a public visitation, concluding with a Farewell Celebration of Life, beginning at 1 pm.
Interment will take place in the Greater Saint Mark Church Cemetery.
