It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Annie Bell Pittman Smith, who has peacefully transitioned to her eternal home at 777 Highway 7 in the beautiful city of Heaven, effective August 4, 2025. Mrs. Smith leaves behind a profound legacy of love and kindness that touched many lives during her 99 remarkable years on Earth.

A viewing for family and friends wishing to pay their respects will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 5 PM to 7 PM at the chapel of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.

A service honoring Mrs. Smith’s life and contributions will take place on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 1 PM in the sanctuary of St. Paul Baptist Church.

Following the service, her earthly remains will be laid to rest in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.
