With genuine comfort and support, S. Jones F. and C. announce the transition of Mr. Byron Martin Brake from this life to a life of everlasting peace on May 09, 2025 at the UNC Chapel Hill.
Mr. Brake was the former owner of Brake's Groceries in Rocky Mount, NC.
Services commemorating the life of Mr. Byron will begin with a public viewing, 1 pm - 2 pm, Saturday, May 17, 2025 in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations. A Farewell Service will be held 2 pm, following the public viewing in the chapel.
Committal Rites will take place at the graveside of the Pleasure Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
