With deep love and heartfelt compassion, S. Jones F. and C. stand in solidarity with the grieving family and friends of Mr. Charles Anthony Rudd as they prepare to say their final goodbyes to an irreplaceable member of their family. Known fondly as the "Jack of All Trades," Mr. Rudd dedicated his life to his craft and the people around him. On July 29, 2025, he laid down his tools and found eternal rest at the UNC Nash Medical Center, leaving behind a legacy of hard work, love, and cherished memories that will forever be woven into the fabric of their lives.

Services to honor the life of Mr. Rudd will begin with a visitation on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 5 PM to 7 PM in the Reposing Room of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations. The family will be present to greet their many friends and loved ones during this time.

A Celebration of Life will be held 2 pm, Saturday, August 02, 2025 in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.

Interment will take place in the White Oak Church Cemetery.
