Charles Lindbergh Vaughan

Mr. Charles Lindbergh Vaughan no longer answers to his name on this side of the Jordan and S. Jones F. and C. are comforting his loved ones with sincere compassion.  Mr. Vaughan, a former Educator in the Northampton County School System, wrote the last sentence of his “Life Sketch” on November 01, 2023 at the Nash UNC Medical Center.

Services to reflect on “The Dash” of Mr. Vaughan's life, which was from his time of birth until the moment he entered into everlasting rest, are finalized by his cherished family. A visitation will be held 1 pm - 2 pm Sunday, November 12, 2023 in the chapel of the Avents Chapel and Resource Center 177 Watson St., Enfield, NC. A Celebration of His Life and Legacy will begin at 2 pm, following the visitation.

Internment will take place in the Enfield Memorial Cemetery.

Among his survivors is a sister, Retha Mason and a host of loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and community close friends.
