With heartfelt compassion and sincere sympathy, S. Jones Funerals and Cremations announces the earthly transition of Mrs. Claytee Fobbs McDaniel, who peacefully pulled the drapes on this journey called life on June 29, 2026, while receiving compassionate care at the MedStar Washington Hospital Center.
A visitation will be held 5 pm - 7pm, Friday, July 10, 2026 in the Reposing Room of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
A Celebration of Life honoring Mrs. McDaniel's life and legacy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026, in the chapel of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
Following the service, Mrs. McDaniel will be laid to rest in the Red Hill Church Cemetery.
