Obituary

It has become the solemnly hurtful responsibility of S.  Jones F. and C. to formally announce that Deacon Joe Henry Sweet Sr. stepped aboard the Gospel Train bound for Glory on May 24, 2022 at the Nash UNC Medical Center.

On Saturday, May 28, 2022 commencing at 11 am, Deacon Sweet will lie in state in the sanctuary of the Ray of Hope Christian Center for a visitation until the beginning of his Home Going Celebration that will begin at 12 pm.

Mr. Joe and the Sweet Family will be escorted to the Hollister Chapel Church Cemetery for Committal Rites.
