During this moment of sadness, S. Jones F. and C. is offering genuine comfort to the remaining loved ones of Deaconess Iretha Clark Williams. On her birthday, April 29, 2022, Deaconess Williams drifted off to sleep in the arms of her Savior as He stated “Come unto Me, My Dear Child and Rest” while she was at the Vidant Edgecombe Hospital.
Services to Honor her Works and Legacy as an educator, deaconess and choir president will be held Saturday, May 07, 2022 beginning with a visitation 10 am - 11 am in the sanctuary of the Cedar Creek Baptist Church concluding with a Home Going Celebration beginning at 11 am.
Deaconess Williams and her loving family will be escorted to the Resthaven Memorial Gardens for Committal Rites.
Among her survivors is her son, Stanley Williams and host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
