Dorothy Brinson Crowell

Shirley Caesar once put to song the heartfelt words, "I Remember Mama in a Happy Way," and today, with heavy hearts, the Crowell Family lovingly remembers Dorothy Christine Brinson Crowell in that same happy way, celebrating a life well lived and a legacy that will forever remain in their hearts. Mrs. Crowell peacefully exchanged the cares of this world for eternal rest on July 25, 2026, while resting at Scotland Manor.

The family has chosen Friday, July 31, 2026, for friends and loved ones to offer their condolences during a visitation that will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.

A Homegoing Celebration honoring Mrs. Crowell's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026, in the sanctuary of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
