Obituary
With heavy hearts and solemn emotions, the loved ones of Ms. Gloria Dean Williams are preparing to say “Until We Meet Again” to a special and vital link to their family’s chain and are being assisted with this difficult task by S. Jones F. and C. Ms. Williams answered the "Master's Call" on August 10, 2023 and went from Labor to Reward at the medical facility of ECU Medical, Greenville, NC.
Celebration of Life events will begin with a public visitation, 11 am - 12 pm, Saturday, August 19, 2023, as she lie in state at the altar of the First Baptist Church, Battleboro, NC where served and greeted people as an Usher for many years, followed by a Home Going Service commencing at 12 noon.
Ms. Williams and her loving family will be escorted to the Marks Chapel Church Cemetery for Committal Rites.
Among her survivors are two sons, Rex Williams and Detray Williams and host of loving grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
