The book of Job declared, "The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, blessed be the name of the Lord." It is with genuine sadness that SJFC announces the earthly departure of Mrs. Hazel Scott Allen Tucker. Mrs. Tucker moved into her Heavenly home on Sunday, January 21, 2024, in the comfort of her home.
A Service to remember this precious jewel will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024 at 2pm in the sanctuary of the New Hope Baptist Church, Dunbar Community. Mrs. Tucker will lie in state one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1 pm.
Committal Rites will take place at the graveside of the New Hope Baptist Church.
