James "Jimmy" Higgs Obituary
It has become the solemn duty of S. Jones F. and C. to serve notice that Mr. James Matthew Higgs no longer answers to his name on this side of glory. "Jimmy" as he was affectionately called, entered into eternal rest on February 17, 2025 at UNC Chapel Hill Medical Center.
The family has reserved Saturday, February 22, 2025 for friends and loved ones to come pay their respects during a visitation that will be held 5 pm - 7 pm in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
A Service of Comfort will be held 1:00 pm, Sunday, February 23, 2025 at the Greater New Life Missionary Baptist Church, Whitakers, NC.
