With a multitude of compassion and concern, SJFC announces the earthly departure of Mr. Joe Lawrence Jones. "Boo Boo," as he affectionately called by his loving family and friends, pulled the drapes on this journey called life on February 02, 2025 at the ECU North Medical Center.
On Friday, February 07, 2025 between the hours of 5pm and 7pm, Mr. Jones will lie in peaceful repose in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations. During those moments, the family will be present to greet friends and loved ones as they come to pay their respects.
A Service of Love and Comfort will be held 2 pm, Saturday, February 08, 2025 in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
Interment will be held in the White Oak Church Cemetery.
