Obituary
S. Jones F. and C., joins with the Hedgepeth family to inform those that are concerned, that Mr. Junius Lee Hedgepeth known to some as "Pocket" and known to many as "JR or June", transitioned into a life of everlasting peace on September 02, 2023 while resting in the comfort of his loving daughters home with her next to his side.
The family will be present 5 pm - 7 pm, Friday, September 15, 2023 to acknowledge friends and loved ones during a visitation that will be held in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
A Celebration of Life will be held 1 pm, Saturday, September 16, 2023 in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church, Enfield, NC where he truly enjoyed singing with the Male Chorus.
Internment will take place in the Enfield Memorial Cemetery.
Among his survivors is his loving and devoted daughter, Juanmanique H. Ruffin (Kenneth); a son, Jerrika Pope; a special daughter, Tyasia Pope; his biological mother, Delores Hedgepeth and a host of other relatives and dear friends including Marilyn Hedgepeth.
