With many mixed emotions and understandable broken hearts, S. Jones F. and C. joins with the family of Miss Latora Mekale McDaniel, as they prepare to say “Rest In Peace”. Latora transitioned from this life on July 19, 2024 at the VCU Medical Center.

Virginia Services to honor the life of Latora will begin on Friday, July 26, 2024, with moments of visiting and reflecting from 11 am until 12:30 pm, in the chapel of the Metropolitan Funeral Home - 120 West Berkely Ave, Norfolk, VA 23523. During that time, you can embrace the loved ones of Latora and reminisce on the good times that were shared.

North Carolina Services to honor the life of Latora will be held Friday, July 26, 2024 with a public visitation, 6 pm - 8 pm, in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations, where the family will be present to acknowledge friends and loved ones.

A Service of Remembrance will be held 1 pm, Saturday, July 27, 2024 in the sanctuary of the St. Paul Baptist Church, Enfield, NC

Miss McDaniel will be laid to rest in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
