As the day draws closer to the end than when it began, S. Jones F. and C. joins with loving arms wrapped around the relatives of Mr. Lee Roy Alston as we embark on the “Last Mile” on this side of the Jordan with him. "Cock Roach" as he was affectionately called by his loving family and friends, got his ticket and stepped on that Train bound for Glory on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family.
Services to reflect on “The Dash” of Mr. Alston life, which was from his time of birth until the moment he entered into everlasting rest, are finalized by his cherished family. This coming Sunday, August 27, 2023, Mr. Alston, will lie at the alter of the Ray of Hope Christian Center for a visitation, 2 pm - 3 pm. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will be called to order at 3 pm.
Among his survivors are his loving children: William Sweet, Paulette Greene (Curtis), Sarita Solomon (Gregory) and Alicia Brown (Bishop Antoine) and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
