As the day draws closer to the end than when it began, SJFC joins with loving arms, wrapped around the loved ones of Mr. Marcellus Pearce, as we embark on the “Last Mile” on this side of the Jordan with him. "Mac," as he was affectionately called by his loving family and friends, got his ticket and stepped on that Glory Train, bound for heaven on July 12, 2024, in the serenity of his home.

Services to Celebrate the Life and Legacy of "Mac" will begin with a public visitation, 12 pm - 1 pm, Saturday, July 27, 2024 in the sanctuary of the First Baptist Church, Battleboro, NC. Following the visitation, a Service of Love and Honor will be called to order, beginning at 1 pm.

Mr. Pearce and his devoted family will be escorted to the Gardens of Gethsemane for Committal Rites.
