With an abundance of love and concern, SJFC is embracing the heartbroken loved ones of Mrs. Mary Deloris McGee Lassiter, as they prepare to say “Farewell” to this precious jewel. "Mama D", as she was known to so many, closed the curtains on this journey called life on July 10, 2024 at the Moses Cone Hospital.
The Services of Remembrance events will begin with hours of reflections on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 between the hours of 5 pm to 7 pm in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2 pm, Wednesday, July 17, 2024 in the sanctuary of the Greater New Testament Holy Church, Sharpsburg, NC.
She will be laid to rest in the Pineview Cemetery.
