With heartfelt sympathy, S. Jones F. and C. wish to share the news that Miss Mattie Velma Parker has transcended this earthly life. She answered her Heavenly Father's call on November 11, 2025, while peacefully resting in her home.

The “Last Mile” events commemorating Miss Parker and her beloved family and friends will begin with a Celebration of Life on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of S. Jones Funerals and Cremation.

Immediately following the formalities in the chapel, Miss Parker's delicate temple along with her beloved daughter and family will be escorted to the Resthaven Memorial Gardens for Committal Rites.
