In a heartfelt announcement, S. Jones F. and C. stand alongside the Dickens family to share the somber news of Mr. Maurice Dickens’ passing. Surrounded by the warmth of his loved ones in Raleigh, Maurice embraced eternal peace, having bowled his final strike on September 22, 2025.
He was the son of the late Roosevelt Dickens and Daisy Mae Hunter Dickens.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 pm, Sunday, October 05, 2025, in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 1:30 pm.
The interment will take place in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
