In this moment of profound sadness and disbelief, S. Jones F. and C. have the heartfelt duty to share the poignant news that Mrs. Minnie Lee Buffaloe Parker has gracefully departed from this earthly existence and entered into the warmth of eternal life. Mrs. Parker made this permanent change of address on October 22, 2025, at the UNC Chapel Hill Medical Center.
Minnie's family has reserved Friday and Saturday to celebrate her life. Commencing on Friday, October 31, 2025, from 4pm to 6pm in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations, where the family will be present to greet their many friends and other loved ones as they reminisce on the life of Mrs. Parker.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, November 01, 2025, in the sanctuary of the Royal Light Church of Deliverance, Tillery, NC.
Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.
