Submitting to the predestined will of God, S. Jones F. and C. has been given the task of consoling the remaining loved ones of Mother Georgianna Lyons, as they attempt to cope with this great loss. The Lyons' family circle was forever changed on January 12, 2023, when Mother Lyons quietly went to sleep in the bosom of Jesus Christ, while resting at the Carrolton of Nash.
The services that will honor the Matriarch of the Lyons family have been orchestrated by her devoted family and will begin on Friday, January 20, 2023, between the hours of 5pm and 7pm for reflecting moments, while Mother Lyons lies in a peaceful state of repose, in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
A Home Going Celebration of Life, remembering this precious jewel, will begin at 1pm on Saturday, January 21, 2023, in the sanctuary of the Red Hill Baptist Church, Whitakers, NC
Interment will take place in the church cemetery.
