It is with a heavy heart that S. Jones F. and C. announce that, as of March 30, 2026, another beautiful rose has been added to Heaven's bouquet. The Master Gardener, Jesus Christ, has taken Mrs. Patricia Sesson Whitaker from this world to forever blossom with Him in glory.

A Homegoing Celebration will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 2 PM in the sanctuary of Free Union Baptist Church (Leggett), located at 4729 NC-97, Tarboro, NC 27886. A public viewing will be held one hour before the service, starting at 1 PM.
