The moment has come when S. Jones F. and C. must pause and inform all that Retired Master Sergeant Robert Edward Bynum Sr. no longer resides on this side of the Jordan river. On Saturday, October 23, 2021 that Glorious ship of Zion, left the dock at Kitty Askins Hospice Center with Mr. Bynum on board, bound for Paradise.
A Service to Celebrate His Life and Legacy will be held in the sanctuary of the Ebenezer Baptist Church where he served on the Deacon's Ministry beginning at 1pm, Saturday, October 30, 2021. Deacon Bynum will lie in state one hour prior to the service for a public viewing.
Deacon Bynum along with his wife and loving family will be escorted to the Gardens of Gethsemane for Committal Rites and Military Honors.
