With heavy hearts and solemn emotions, the loved ones of Mr. Robert Lee Smith, Sr. are preparing to say “So Long” to a vital link to their family’s chain. They are being assisted with this difficult task by S. Jones F. and C. Mr. Smith transitioned into eternal rest on October 16, 2024 while resting in the comfort of his home.
The family has reserved Wednesday, October 23, 2024 for friends and loved ones to come pay their respects, during a public viewing from 5 pm - 7 pm, in the Reposing Room of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
A Service to Honor Mr. Smith's Life and Legacy will be held 2 pm, Thursday, October 24, 2024 in the sanctuary of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church (Nash County), 7798 Red Oak Battleboro Rd, Battleboro, NC 27809.
Mr. Smith and his family will be escorted to the Bunn Family Cemetery for Committal Rites.
