Obituary
Submitting to the predestined will of God, S. Jones F. and C. are consoling the remaining loved ones of Mrs. Rose Mae Johnson McGee as they attempt to cope with this great loss. The McGee family circle was forever changed Saturday, September 16, 2023 when Mrs. Rose quietly went to sleep in the bosom of Jesus Christ while resting in the comfort of her home.
The family will be present, 5 pm - 7 pm Friday, September 22, 2023 to acknowledge friends and loved ones during a visitation that will be held in the chapel of the S. Jones Funerals and Cremations.
A Loving Farewell Service will be held 2 pm, Saturday, September 23, 2023 in the sanctuary of the Ray of Hope Christian Center.
Interment will take place in the Lassiter Family Cemetery.
Among her survivors is her loving daughter, Lou Ella Lassiter; two sisters, Diane Arrington and Katie Richardson; two brothers, Curlie Lassiter Jr and Ridley Lassiter and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
