The book of Job declared, "The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, blessed be the name of the Lord." With many having mixed emotions and understandably broken hearts, SJFC has been given the solemn duty to announce the sudden earthly departure of Mrs. Shirley Jean Sanders Bryant. Mrs. Bryant exited this door called life and walked through the door of eternity on December 03, 2024 at the Nash UNC Medical Center.

The heartbreaking task of planning the Life Remembering Services for this precious jewel has been finalized and will proceed thusly. Commencing on Friday, December 06, 2024, a public viewing will be held, 5 pm - 7 pm, where the family will be present to acknowledge the many friends and loved ones, as they pay homage to a life well lived in the sanctuary of the Greater New Testament Holy Church, Sharpsburg, NC.

A Celebration of Life will be held 12 pm, Saturday, December 07, 2024, in the sanctuary of the Greater New Testament Holy Church, as they bid "Farewell" to the queen of the Bryant Family.

Interment will take place in the Gardens of Gethsemane.
